Nicole Christina, LCSW, is a psychotherapist of 30 years, specializing in eating and food issues. She co-taught Mindful Eating at Syracuse University and has lectured widely about wellness and longevity. She teaches online courses including Mindful Eating, Zestful Aging, and Too Much Stuff.
